Sondra's Song Sondra’s Song exists to equip and establish individuals aging out of foster care as thriving adults into society. Established in April 2011 by Sandi Turner.

Bridging the gap as foster youth transition out of care. When they reach 18 or graduate from high school most leave their "so called" home for the first time. They are out on their own. S2S wants to be their Support System. Making a difference, one life at a time.
