is a 93-acre arboretum founded in 1961 and incorporated in 1964 in the historical K.N. The Arboretum offers the unique opportunity to experience mother nature with its diversity of tree, flower, bird, and butterfly species. The Arboretum is also a great place to learn about West Texas gardening through its wide variety of activities, events, and programs.

On this Memorial Day, the Lubbock Master Gardener Association extends our deepest gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the families who continue to carry their memory with strength and pride.

As we enjoy the beauty around us, gather with loved ones, and celebrate the freedoms we hold dear, may we never forget the courage, dedication, and sacrifice that made those moments possible.
