Norms for Interacting on Nat Williams Social Media Pages

Williams Elementary manages social media sites (Facebook and Twitter) for the purpose of sharing positive school events, recognizing student achievements, informing parents of timely informational items, and spotlighting effective instruction at our school. In keeping with the intent of these accounts, we ask everyone in our “social commun

ity” to adhere to the following norms:

· Be Positive – School social media is not the place to air grievances.

· Be Respectful – Please do not comment on posts in a manner that you would not consider in a face to face conversation.

· Be Knowledgeable – If you are uncertain of facts or need clarification on any issue, please contact a teacher or administrator.

· Be Nice – Whatever you do on the internet is a reflection of you. We ask that all adults model good digital citizenship on our social media sites. Negative or defamatory comments will be removed from our page promptly. The sole intention of our social media sites is to create a positive, supportive platform to “share our story”. We would like to thank you in advance for modeling excellent digital citizenship!

Part 1 Our fifth grade Wildcats made their final walk through all of the classrooms, from Pre-K to 5th Grade , where they spent so much time learning, growing, and making lifelong friends.

As they head off to middle school and begin new adventures, we want each and every one of them to know how proud we are of all they have accomplished. Keep chasing your dreams, working hard, and believing in yourselves.

Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat!! 🧡💙
We love you dearly, believe in you completely, and cannot wait to see all the amazing things your future holds.

Buddy Fun Day 2026 💙
A little cooler than we had hoped, and the rain rolled in when we were hoping it would pass us by — but we pivoted, kept the fun going, and the smiles never stopped! From snapping pictures to playing games and bouncing around, our kiddos made the very best of the day! ☔️🎉😊
