Caprock Business Finance Corporation is proud to have supported two projects in Lubbock, Texas totaling $6,441,000 in funding.

These projects included a ground-up construction project for a computer networking and data security firm and a straight purchase for a gastroenterology and liver physician office.

SBA 504 financing helps small businesses invest in real estate, construction, and long-term growth, while creating stronger opportunities in our local communities.
