I was inspired to begin a journey in the world of art some time ago by two beautiful young ladies who I admire, love, and respect to the highest of places of the universe. Technically they are my cousins but at heart and soul they will always be my baby sisters. It is because of them that I began to have the hunger to learn something good and make the most of my life despite the circumstances I ha
ve found myself in. They taught me that if I could focus on discovering the treasures that were buried deep within my soul, then I would begin to see the light shine upon everything I set out to accomplish in my life. So with this revelation of truth I began to believe that I could accomplish obtaining my deepest desires. Since I can remember I have always enjoyed doodling with art. I’ve often found great pleasure sitting at my desk for hours at a time just playing with my pencil/pen and paper trying to create an image deep from within my mind. And when an image was captured on paper what great satisfaction I was blessed with. Sometimes I’d get stuck though and that’s when things got frustrating. One day I realized that if I really wanted to become a true artist I was going to have to help myself in my quest by studying art books. That’s when I began to study a very valuable art book called, Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, by Betty Edwards. As I dived deeper into the knowledge of art that this book processed I began to discover the keys that would help me unlock the closed doors in my mind that I needed to open in order to be able to advance myself as an artist. Thus leading me to where I have progressed to this day. I’ve learned that in the world of art a wise artist puts his/her pride to the side and seeks to learn from artists that are more advanced than they are, respecting the skills and techniques that it took to create an Individual Image all while believing that they too have the ability to reach their own point of success. With that in mind I know that the point of my success is before me waiting for me to catch up. No matter what you desire to be or to achieve. I’ve been blessed with 2 baby sisters who believe in me the way I believe in myself and with this blessing comes the creation of “Rabbits Illusions.” It is my hope that people who view my work will admire the images before them while appreciating the time, skills, and techniques it took to complete each image. But most of all may it make you smile, inspire you and assure you that you too have the ability to accomplish success in whatever it is you so desire to be. Know that life is a journey and one only loses when you abandon the pursuit of your greatest desires and passions in life. Ultimately it is my greatest desire to become one of America’s Most Respected and Recognized Tattoo Artist and I will stop at nothing to achieve my goal and live my dream. In my collection of art you will see some realism work such as portraits and you will see abstract/cartoonish type work. At times I will mix the two as I always intend to be more creative. May you enjoy and may it inspire you in your quest in life. Feedback would be greatly appreciated. I extend my most solid respects to every artist in the world of art and to those who appreciate art. WELCOME TO RABBITS ILLUSIONS! Don’t forget to like the page. Signed “THE ORIGINAL RABBIT”
