The Lucedale Police Department Administrative Office and Lucedale Municipal Court will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

Our patrol officers will remain on duty throughout the holiday. If you have an emergency, please call 911. For non-emergencies contact our office at 601-947-3261.

This week is National Police Week โ€” a time set aside each year to honor the brave officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice and to recognize the men and women who proudly serve and protect our community each day.
On behalf of our Department, we would like to thank all the officers, staff, and law enforcement personnel in our Community for their dedication, courage, and commitment to keeping our wonderful City and County safe. The George County Sheriffโ€™s Office is requesting the publicโ€™s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.

Name: Conner Reese Thompson
Age: 17 years old
Height: Approximately 6โ€™0โ€
Weight: Approximately 190 lbs.

Thompson was last seen at the George County High School wearing a black GCHS shirt, dark blue jeans, and black new balance shoes.

Vehicle description: Red 2008 Ford Mustang bearing a Mississippi License Plate: GEK268

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Thompson is asked to contact the George County Sheriffโ€™s Office at 601-947-9156 or their local law enforcement agency.
