***FRIENDLY REMINDER***
With the winter weather upon us we wanted to remind everyone of the parking ban.

The parking ban began on November 01st and ends April 1st.

In order for our highway department to clear the roadways, we need everyone to do there part and ensure that your vehicle is not parked on the village roadways from the hours 02:00 AM to 06:00 AM.

Strict enforcement will occur and vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense.

Please, no parking on the roads from 02:00 AM to 06:00 AM.
Be safe everyone and have a happy holiday season.

A little late posting, but certainly not least.

We are proud to announce that on May 31st, 2024 our very own Officer Marissa Foote graduated from the full-time Level III basic Vermont Police Academy!!

Law enforcement is her families business as, her father and brother are both active law enforcement officers in Massachusetts. 

Officer Foote is also a certified EMT and will be finishing her field training very soon!!

Please congratulate Officer Foote when you see her out and about.

***We have had a series of Ski and Snowboard thefts in our area.*** Attached is a video of a theft that was reported today, anyone with information on the identity of the person in the video is asked to contact the Ludlow Police Department. (802) 228-4411.

This distinguished gentlemen was dropped off at Ludlow Police Department and is now assisting the patrol officers with their work. Unknown where he was found and no tags.

Please join us in congratulating Officer George Hauser as our newest addition to the Ludlow Police Department.

Officer Hauser gradutee the Vermont Police Academy on Friday December 16th.

Officer Hauser joins us from Lacey Township New Jersey and he started with us in May of 2022.

Officer Hauser will be completing his field training over the next few weeks and will be patrolling streets on his own in no time.

Congradulations Officer Hauser and welcome aboard!!
