🎃👻 A little Halloween fun in Long County!

Our Excelsior Ambulance Service crew members, Pamela Roysdon and A.J. Sauers, had a great time attending Long County Night Out last night, handing out Halloween goodies and spending time with members of our community!

We love opportunities to connect with the families and communities we serve outside of our day-to-day operations.

A special thank you to our team members who helped prepare the goodie bags and those who came out to represent Excelsior! We appreciate you taking the time to help us connect with our community! 🧡

A Look Inside Our AEMT Classroom! Airway Day gave our Advanced EMT students an opportunity to put classroom knowledge into practice through hands-on airway management training.

Students spent the session working with training equipment, practicing techniques, and getting valuable experience with skills that play an important role in emergency patient care.

Please join us in congratulating our Director of Education, Carl Gregory, on earning his Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C)!

The FP-C is an advanced specialty certification that requires an extensive understanding of critical care, complex patient management, and the unique challenges associated with caring for patients in the flight environment.

Earning this certification is no small accomplishment. It reflects a tremendous amount of knowledge, preparation, and dedication to advancing clinical expertise.
As our Director of Education, Carl plays an important role in developing and supporting the EMS professionals across Excelsior. We are proud to see him continue to challenge himself and pursue the same level of growth and excellence that he encourages in others.

Fire prevention is a shared responsibility. 🚒🚑 Several members of also serve their communities as firefighters, giving them a unique perspective on the importance of preparation before an emergency happens.

This Fire Prevention Day, take a few minutes to check your smoke alarms, review your family’s escape plan, and make sure everyone knows where to meet once safely outside.

And to the firefighters on our team and throughout the communities we serve, thank you for all you do to keep others safe.
