Today Peppermint Elf and her friends at PCA West campus staged a peaceful protest in the cafeteria to demand waffles for breakfast. Chef Perry gave in and tomorrow waffles will be served up for breakfast with plenty of syrup! It's been a victorious day for Peppermint and her friends!

Construction on the remodel of the Elementary and Middle School front entrances will begin on December 19th. This project will take several weeks and will temporarily affect daily school operations. Campus principals will share specific details about changes to drop-off, dismissal, and during-school checkouts. In the meantime, please keep the following in mind:

Main campus offices will be inaccessible throughout construction. We will not be able to receive student deliveries. Please ensure your child arrives with everything they need for the day—for example, a packed lunch if they are not eating the school-provided meal.

Please schedule non-emergency appointments outside of the school day whenever possible. If you must check out your child during school hours, expect a longer process than usual.

Arrival and dismissal will take more time. Please plan for delays and adjust your routines accordingly.
Flexibility will be essential. We may need to make adjustments along the way, and we will always prioritize student safety over convenience.

We are excited to begin this much-needed improvement to our campuses. Although the construction phase will bring some challenges, we are confident that the end result will be well worth it.
