🌟 What an AMAZING week at Camp Roadrunner! 🌟
Our K–5th Grade campers wrapped up an unforgettable week filled with learning, creativity, laughter, and new friendships! 💙🧡
Throughout the week, our campers:
🌈 Tie-dyed their own Camp Roadrunner t-shirts
🌱 Germinated seeds, decorated flower pots, and planted them to take home
🧱 Built LEGO creations and engineered pasta bridges
🎨 Created beautiful sun catchers and friendship bracelets
🦋 Learned about the life cycle of a butterfly
🐣 Watched baby chicks hatch before their eyes
🧪 Mixed up colorful slime
🎶 Enjoyed music time, outdoor games, and free play with friends
🍧 Celebrated the last day with delicious Kona Ice snow cones!
We are also incredibly grateful for our wonderful community partners who made each afternoon extra special. A huge thank you to Angelina Beautiful/Clean for engaging campers in environmental education and hands-on activities, and to the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Council (ADAC) for leading meaningful lessons on character, kindness, respect, and making positive choices. Your partnership helped make this camp experience even more impactful!
