The Angelina College EMS program trains students to become the first face people see in their most critical moments. From Basic EMT to Paramedic, our students train alongside real partners, including the City of Lufkin Fire Department, Nacogdoches County EMS, and Allegiance EMS, building the skills and confidence to handle anything.

This is not a program for the faint of heart. It is a program for people who are called to serve.

Today, we honor the mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures whose strength, compassion, and dedication inspire us every day. Whether at home, in our communities, or serving on the front lines of emergency care, mothers make an extraordinary difference in the lives of others.

To the moms on our crews, in our hospitals, dispatch centers, maintenance teams, and support staff. Thank you for the care you give both on and off duty. And to every mother who trusts us to care for their loved ones in critical moments, we are grateful.
