The City of Luling is currently working on a water leak that is currently causing water outage at the Janca Complex. We do not have an estimate of when this will be resolved. LHA is not performing any work so we cannot give an estimate on resolved time.

🚫 **Illegal Dumping Notice** 🚫

We have recently noticed an increase in **illegal dumping in our dumpsters**. These dumpsters are provided for residents only. Dumping furniture, construction debris, large items, or trash from outside the property is **not permitted**.

Illegal dumping creates health hazards, attracts pests, and increases costs for everyone in the community. These areas are being monitored, and anyone caught dumping illegally may be **fined and/or reported to local authorities**.

If you have large items that need to be disposed of, please contact the office for proper disposal options.

Let’s all work together to keep our community **clean, safe, and respectful** for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shout out to the 3 that keep the wheels greased at LHA. We’re extremely blessed with Gilbert, Roy & JoJo. They keep the LHA maintenance side of things moving.

You’re the ones fixing what’s broken, solving problems most people don’t notice, and making sure everyone can live safely and comfortably. From early morning make-resdys to late night callouts, your hard work does not go unnoticed.

Your skills, dedication, knowledge, pride in your work and care for our Tenants is appreciated.

I am extremely thankful and proud to have you as the maintenance team at LHA. Thank you for your dedication.

Phones will be forwarded but we will not be available when we are in class. There is a time difference between states. The easiest way to communicate with office staff this week is through email.
