Ten years ago, this company started with just two people, a shared vision, and a lot of determination. No big office. No large team. Just a commitment to doing great work and building strong relationships.

A year later, we added our third team member. Six months after that, two more joined. Step by step, project by project, we kept growing — not just in size, but in experience, capability, and confidence.

Today, we’re proud to be 42 employees strong, operating out of multiple sites across Massachusetts, including our new office, warehouse, and fabrication facility. What began as a small operation has evolved into a full-service construction team with the resources and expertise to take on complex, meaningful work.

We’re incredibly grateful to our employees, partners, and clients who trusted us along the way. The growth has been exciting — but the values that started it all remain the same.

We’re excited to share this article written in the Worcester Business Journal about our milestone moment for Biotech Builders Group and Nedloh Mechanical , as we continue to grow our footprint in Massachusetts and deepen our commitment to supporting the life sciences sector.

BBG has expanded its operations with the acquisition of a 9,162-square-foot industrial facility in Clinton, MA, strengthening our ability to deliver specialized environments for biotech and life science companies. Since our founding in 2016, we’ve been proud to support more than 375 projects, building everything from cold rooms and cooling towers to complex infrastructure that helps innovative science move forward.

This expansion reflects both the continued demand for purpose-built life science spaces and our long-term vision to invest in the regions and facilities that allow us to better serve our clients.
