Virginia Department of Social Services has partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide more dining options to SNAP participants. The Virginia Restaurant Meals Program (VRMP) makes it easier for eligible Virginians to enjoy hot ready-to-eat meals at approved restaurants.

To qualify, SNAP participants must be one of the following:
• Age 60 or older
• Living with a disability
• Experiencing homelessness
• The spouse of an eligible customer

Currently, the closest participating location to Lunenburg is KFC in Farmville. Please view the link below for more information.

The Virginia Restaurant Meals Program allows eligible SNAP recipients to use EBT cards to purchase hot, prepared meals at approved restaurants across Virginia.

If anyone is able to donate, you can drop them off at our office and we will get them to Piedmont Senior Resources.

We are in need of adult pullups and brief for our senior clients. Sizes needed range from adult SM-2XL.
Items can be dropped off or mailed to our main office (1413 South Main St. Farmville, VA 23901) Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. Picture for reference!
