❤️ Help Us Make a Difference for One of Our Own

The Hill-Rose Fire Auxiliary is asking for your support as we prepare for our Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser benefiting the Wend family.

We're currently seeking:
🎁 Silent Auction Basket Donations
💝 Monetary Donations to help offset fundraiser expenses or to go directly to the Wend family.
Chief Wend and his family have always been there for our community. Now it's our turn to stand beside them. Their daughter, Abigail, is courageously battling rare autoimmune disorders and requires dialysis several times each week, resulting in ongoing travel expenses, medical bills, and time away from work.

Every donated basket, gift card, item, or dollar makes a meaningful difference. Whether you're a local business, organization, or community member, your generosity will help us create a successful event and provide much-needed financial relief to this amazing family.

🚒 Safety Tip Sunday 🚒
Smoke Alarms Save Lives!
Did you know working smoke alarms can cut the risk of dying in a home fire by more than half?
This week, take just a few minutes to:
✅ Test every smoke alarm in your home.
✅ Replace batteries if needed (unless you have 10-year sealed alarms).
✅ Make sure there's a smoke alarm on every level of your home and outside each sleeping area.
✅ Practice your family's fire escape plan and choose a meeting place outside.
A few minutes of prevention today could make all the difference tomorrow.
