The last day to make an appointment is July 1, 2026 and all applications for an appeal must be received or postmarked by that date. The available dates for their hearings is July 9, July 14, July 16, July 21, and July 23. If you wish to make an appointment, call 540-843-3444 today!

The Lord Fairfax Health District, including Clarke, Frederick, Page and Warren Counties and the City of Wi******er, health departments will be closed on Friday, June 12th for an All Day Staff Training Day.
