The Stanford REACH Lab has been working alongside Song for Charlie to evaluate their “Real Talk About Fake Pills” 20-minute educational film. This video discusses how fentanyl can be hidden within illicitly produced drugs.

Preliminary findings have indicated that this resource is significantly associated with...

✔ Increased knowledge of fentanyl and overdose response
✔ Greater awareness of contamination risks and substance harms
✔ Improved ability to refuse pills from friends
✔ Intention and curiosity to try substances remained low
✔ Positive student feedback on fentanyl education content and approach

Learn more about the preliminary evaluation results by viewing our flyer below!

Let’s be honest—parenting advice is everywhere… and a lot of it is overwhelming, conflicting, or just not helpful in the moment.

That’s exactly why I said yes to partnering with HumanUp as a founding expert.

It’s a new way to access research-informed insights from my work (and other experts) in real time—built on actual science and experience, not generic AI or endless scrolling.

Because when you’re in the middle of a tough parenting moment, you don’t need more noise—you need something you can trust. If you’re curious, learn more here 👉 https://loom.ly/kVqsVvc

NAMI’s theme for this year is more than a message — it’s how we move from silence to healing, together.

For too long, stigma has kept people quiet about their mental health. But when we speak up, we make space for understanding, connection, and healing.

So how do we begin? By sharing our stories.

When you share your story, you show someone else they are not alone. You help turn silence into support — and strengthen the path toward healing for all of us.

Join NAMI this Mental Health Awareness Month.
Share your story. Help break the silence: nami.org/mham

Ranch kids grow up fast, but they shouldn’t have to grow up because we’re preoccupied with a drink in our hand.

Alcohol doesn’t leave you present or emotionally available, and kids feel that.

Kids end up carrying quiet burdens: caretaking (which reverses parent/child roles), carrying weight that was never theirs and are left feeling unseen with their needs unmet.

It’s not making them tough in a good way. It’s passing on the generational trauma.

One day sober can shift that.
It shows your kids the version of you they can count on… present, predictable, available and in control.

That’s the heart of No Booze Branding.
Breaking old patterns so our kids don’t have to repeat them. 💜
