The four boxes consist of:
8' x 16' long flat box,
4' x 16' long flat box,
2' x 16' long flat box,
4' x 16' long flat-down box. The jump is about 2' high with a "choose your own gap" landing, a very gradual landing which facilitates slower speeds as well as faster speeds. Eagle Mountain Park
Located on Mogen Run, Eagle Mountain features intermediate level features including:
8" x 20' long fl
at rail,
3' tall jump with about a 25' gap,
1' wide by 15' lift tower (literally an old tower from a lift line, welded into a park feature by our park crew)
16' long house box, with slide panels as the roof and dual rails at the peak. The park on Mogen will soon include two more jumps. The ride-on/non-snow features like the lift tower and flat rail are made very accessible by keeping them lower to the ground and keeping the take-offs close to the features, so you don't have to jump very far off the snow take-off/jump to get onto
the feature and ride it. Moose Mountain Park
Located on White Wolf run, a graduate of the easier parks would move up to this intermediate/advanced park, which goes like this from top to bottom (though is soon to include several more features):
30' gap jump
35' gap jump
40' gap jump
24' x 1'4" wide flat box
20' x 4" wide flat-up rail (first section of the rail is flat, second is tilted slightly upward)
30' long round down rail
4' tall by 21' long corrugated culvert
12' x 10' tall wall ride
The ride-on features, like the boxes and rails, are set a bit higher above the snow than the other two parks, with a bigger gap between the take-offs/jumps and the features, making things more challenging. This list of features is going to be increased very soon to include a bunch of other features (not to mention we'll be changing things up throughout the season), such as an up-down rail, an up-down box, a rainbow rail, a flat rail, a flat-down-flat box, a battleship box, and a battleship rail. Much more to come!
