Our training this week included a few of our neighboring departments! We got to train on car extrication with the Tofte and Schroeder fire Departments. Special thank you to the Tofte General Store and Big Joe’s for helping us make this happen!

This weekend we had the pleasure of working with the Minnesota Public Safety Group for our EMR/EMT refresher. They had us playing in the snow for Incident Response practice, Stop the Bleed training and IV placements among other things!

At last nights meeting we trained on basket rescue with our Ropes Team. We also refreshed on tying knots and made sure we all have the equipment we need ready to go.
