Cue the tissues!

We give a big thank you to Nancy W. as she retires this week after 30 years of service to Jones Memorial Library.

Nancy has been an integral part of the library staff since 1986 and has been a consistent and reliable resource for researchers looking for their Central Virginia roots. We will miss her.

Earlier this week Jones staff gathered together to thank Nancy for her service and reflect on how the library has changed over the years.

If you would like to make a gift to the library in Nancy's honor, please visit our webpage at https://www.jmlibrary.org/donate. Donations received by June 30 will be listed in our Annual Report for fiscal year 2026. Thank you!
