🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT – LYNDON 🚧

Starting at 9:00 a.m. this morning, traffic on 75 Highway in Lyndon will be reduced to one lane between 8th and 9th Streets while crews repair a water main break.

Repairs may take several days, depending on the extent of the leak and weather conditions.

Streetlights will be in place just before 8th and 9th Streets to help facilitate traffic flow.

Please slow down, use caution, and allow extra time when traveling through the area.

***WATER LEAK***

A water leak has been found in front of True Brew on 75 Hwy. Public Works is aware of the situation. Locates and KDOT will be notified and the leak will be repaired in the next few days.

****NOTICE*****

Maguire Tower Service will inspect the City’s 300,000-gallon water tower today around 1 p.m.

During this time, the City’s water system will operate on District 12’s pump pressure and has been since yesterday at 5:00 p.m. until the tower is returned to service later in the afternoon.

The City does not anticipate any other disruptions to water service during this process.
