As we prepare for our upcoming home athletic events, we want to share some important information regarding game times, parking, and campus access.

⏰ All Mowat home games will begin at 4:15 PM.

🚗 CAMPUS PARKING: The gates to the school parking lot will NOT open until 4:00 PM or until the last school bus has left campus, whichever occurs later.

🏟️ FIELD GAMES: Parents and spectators attending games on the field may park along Mowat School Road and enter through the side-gate entrance to the field beginning at 4:00 if the main gate is not open. Please note that this entrance is for games held on the field only.

🏀 GYM GAMES: The side-gate entrance does not provide access to the gym. Spectators attending games held in the gym will not be able to access campus until 4:00 PM or after the last bus has left campus, whichever occurs later.

These procedures are necessary to keep our students safe and allow our afternoon dismissal and bus transportation to operate without additional traffic on campus. We ask families and spectators to please avoid entering or blocking the campus bus and parking areas while dismissal is taking place. We look forward to seeing you in the stands and on the sidelines supporting our student-athletes!

A huge THANK YOU to Austin Lipham for spearheading a school supply drive in support of our Mowat Middle School teachers! 💙💛

Because of Austin’s generosity and hard work, every one of our teachers received a bag full of donated school supplies to help kick off the new school year. Your kindness and investment in our staff and students will make a difference from day one.

A huge thank you to People's First Bank for treating our staff to a delicious Chick-fil-A breakfast this morning and to Sonny's BBQ for providing our teachers and staff with a discounted lunch. We truly appreciate your generosity and support as we prepare for another amazing school year!

Over the past several weeks, we've shared important back-to-school information through Focus, including first-day procedures, information on student schedules and bus routes, and other beginning-of-the-year details.

As we begin Inservice Week 2, we want to extend a heartfelt **THANK YOU** to the amazing businesses and organizations that poured into our staff.

⛪ Calvary Panama City went above and beyond by stocking our teacher lounge with snacks and goodies to keep our staff energized throughout the week. They also generously donated toward our staff shirts, helping us start the year with Mustang pride!

👷 Complete Construction, LLC also made a generous contribution toward our staff shirts, snacks, and fun activities for our teachers. Your investment in our educators is truly appreciated!

🎈 A special thank you to Party’s by Loren for creating a beautiful balloon arch that made the perfect backdrop for staff photos and added a fun, festive touch to our week.

We are so grateful for community partners who believe in our students, support our teachers, and help make Mowat such a special place. Thank you for helping us kick off an amazing school year!

🏐 MOWAT VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS ARE ALMOST HERE! 🏐

The countdown is on, and we can't wait to see everyone at tryouts!

📅 Tryout Dates:
Monday, August 3 – Initial Tryouts
Tuesday, August 4 – Callbacks
🕒 Time: 3:45–5:15 PM
📍 Location: Mowat Middle School Gym

⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER:
All students MUST be fully cleared through Athletic Clearance (Home Campus) BEFORE August 3 in order to participate in tryouts. If your clearance is not complete, you will not be able to try out, so please don't wait until the last minute.

✅ Before Tryouts, Please Make Sure You Have:

*Completed your Athletic Clearance (Home Campus) and received approval.
*Filled out the Volleyball Tryout Interest Form- https://forms.gle/HNVsxAFpVxFUJMvp7
