We here at the Foundation hope you're all preparing for Hurricane Irma! While we here in the Panhandle aren't currently projected to take a direct hit, we will certainly see heavy rains and winds. It never hurts to be prepared! Our hearts go out to those in the Caribbean as they deal with this awful storm, and we wish the best of luck to the Florida peninsula in the days to come. Stay safe everyone!

Foundation Fun Fact #4: The popular flea food market Smorgasburg, located in Brooklyn, is now offering a, 'Raindrop Cake,' courtesy of Darren Wong. This dessert is made with spring water and agar (vegan gelatin), has virtually no calories, and is friendly to both vegan and omnivorous diets.
