We will be repairing a leak at the water tower on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Please plan for the water to be turned off during this time. Work will begin at 8:00am. We appreciate your patience during this repair. Lynn Water Works.

The Lynn City Council will meet July 20, 2026, at 7:00pm in the community center. We will be discussing the application for a grant for upgrades needed on the water tower infrastructure. Everyone is invited to attend.

We have been in contact with the trash company and they will be in Lynn before noon today, hope everyone has their trash out and is ready for trash pick up. Thank you

Due to the bush hogging being done in the road ditches a water valve has been damaged. We are on site working on the issue at this time. You may have lowered water pressure for a few hours. Please work with us, we should have it repaired by 4:30.

The Town of Lynn will hold their monthly city council meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00pm. Some discussion will be on the application for the FUN PARK grant. All are invited to attend.

The Lynn City Council will meet Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7:00pm. We will be discussing the possibility of replacing a water line that has been worked on numerous times. Everyone is invited to attend.

So sorry, Colman will not be working on the water on Hwy 25 until tomorrow. It has not been marked for underground services yet. This will now be 3-27-2026. Thank you.

The Lynn Water Works is working on the water line on South Hwy 25 today March 26, 2026. He thinks he will be able to do the repairs without turning off the service, however if he is not the water will be turned off around 3 hours beginning at 10:30 am today and will be from Lynn Church of Christ and continuing south. Please be patient with us as we work through this very necessary repair. Thank you

The Lynn City Council will meet Monday night, March 2, 2026, at 7:00pm. An ordinance to increase the cost of a new meter installation will be discussed. Everyone is invited to attend.
