The increased use of Self Checkout Machines takes work away from our members and frustrates customers. What was introduced as "creating more options" has clearly just become a way for big chains to save money on the backs of working people.

Massachusetts Legislators have a bill in front of them, S237, to put common sense restrictions so that self checkouts don't mean one attendant for 14 scanners and lines down the aisle on the one cashier open!
