Reminder that there is no chair yoga tonight as we are setting up for our garage sale on  Friday and Saturday. Be sure to join us next Thursday night!

UPDATE: we have uncanceled for tonight!

Due to the tornado watch, we decided to close early today and cancel chair yoga. Next session will be two weeks from today as we will be setting up for the garage sale next week.

Join us for the first Chair Yoga session this Thursday night! Wear something comfortable and bring a water bottle. Note: we will not be having a session on Thursday the ninth as we will be setting up for our garage sale.
