The Parkview Services Real Estate Development Team (RED TEAM!) is hard at work creating more housing options for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Washington.

From purchasing and renovating homes, to building DADUs, to partnering with other affordable housing providers, our team is finding creative ways to expand access to safe, stable, affordable housing.

Right now, 14 funded projects are in construction, under development, or recently placed in service. With properties currently being worked on all the way from Olympia to Shoreline, Parkview Services is in BUILD MODE.

That’s 14 projects creating much-needed housing and more opportunities for adults with I/DDs to live in the communities they call home.

Help for Homeowners Impacted by the Spokane Wildfires??

If you know someone who has been affected by the recent Spokane wildfires, please help spread the word. Parkview Services offers free, confidential mortgage assistance for homeowners recovering from natural disasters. Our HUD-certified housing counselors can help homeowners work with their mortgage servicer, explore available options, and navigate the recovery process while insurance claims are being resolved.
