Self-defense begins with the belief that you are worth defending. 💙
Every class is a powerful reminder of what community looks like. People showing up for themselves and for each other, stepping beyond their comfort zones, building confidence, and gaining skills that empower them both on and off the mat.
The Lynnwood Police Department offers FREE self-defense classes through our Women Empowered (WE) Program!
The WE Program teaches practical self-defense techniques designed to help participants recognize, prevent, and respond to assaults involving strangers or non-strangers. Classes may be taken in any order and are designed for all experience and fitness levels.
All classes are FREE and taught by police officers.
