🌙The Half Moon is Back!🌙

A huge thank you to Tiffany’s Daycare for the beautiful flower donation and to Tiffany and Jesse Raabe for taking the time to clean up and refresh this community space. Thanks to their hard work, the Half Moon is looking great again!

Last night’s storm brought down a number of trees and large limbs throughout town. Our city crew is already hard at work clearing streets, parks, and other public areas, but it will take some time to get everything cleaned up.

We appreciate your patience as they work through the storm damage. Residents can help speed up the cleanup effort by picking up downed branches and tree debris on their own property whenever possible.

A reminder that the City’s tree dump, located north of town, is available for disposal of downed limbs and branches.

A huge THANK YOU to the City crew and volunteers who gave up their Saturday to help assemble our new playground today!

There are plenty of other things everyone could have been doing on a beautiful weekend, and we truly appreciate the time, effort, and teamwork that went into this project.

A special thank you as well to Dostal Construction for their assistance, expertise, and guidance throughout the installation process and KB’s Mini Mart for lunch.

This playground is going to be a great addition to Brink Memorial Park and a place for children and families to enjoy for years to come.

We will be sharing a donor appreciation post once the project is fully complete. There are so many organizations who helped make this project possible, and we look forward to recognizing each of them soon.

Let’s all do our part to keep our town looking its best—please take a moment this week to mow your lawns, tidy up your yards, and pick up any debris around your property. A little effort goes a long way in making a great first impression for our guests and for each other.
