🤝 Community Partner Spotlight: Circle of Wellness Rockford

Real-world experiences can make a big difference as students begin exploring where their interests and skills could take them after high school.

We’re grateful for our partnership with Circle of Wellness - Rockford, IL and the opportunities they have provided for students in Harlem High School’s esthetics program. By welcoming students for job shadow experiences and working directly with our future estheticians, their team gives students an inside look at the industry and an opportunity to learn from professionals in the field.

Experiences like these help students connect what they are learning to the workplace, ask questions, build professional relationships, and gain a better understanding of what a career in esthetics can look like.

Thank you, Circle of Wellness Rockford, for opening your doors to Harlem students and investing your time and expertise in their future. Community partners like you play an important role in helping our students explore careers and prepare for what comes next. 🧡🖤

👕 brought Superintendent Yarbrough, Harlem Board President Michael Sterling and Jason Blume to Windsor Elementary this week!

During their visit with Principal Ryan Reinecke and Assistant Principal Scott Walton, they had the opportunity to see Windsor’s commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment where every student can grow and succeed.

A highlight was stopping by Mrs. Smith’s classroom, where students were actively engaged in Explicit Instruction activities and putting their learning into action!

Thank you to the Windsor team for the warm welcome and for all you do for our students each day! 🧡🖤
