Cooking can be a creative and fun activity for the whole family. ⏲️ Get children involved by having them wash produce, wipe countertops, mix batters, and set dishes on the table. 🍏 Having children help with cooking can promote multiple positive health behaviors including better vegetable consumption, increased likelihood of eating foods from all food groups and practice with complex skills including counting, measuring, science, and following directions. 🧠
