Walk with me on October 10th as we show our support for domestic violence survivors.

10,000 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASES.
300 INVOLVING VIOLENCE.

These numbers should stop us in our tracks.
Since January, Macomb County had 10,000 domestic violence cases, including 300 violent cases.
Behind every number is a person. A woman. A child. A family. A survivor who deserves safety, support, resources, and a path toward healing.
This is why the Women Empowerment & Resource Center (WERC) is so important.
We are not just talking about domestic violence — we are taking action. We are bringing awareness, resources, education, and support directly into our community.
👟 Join us for our Domestic Violence Awareness Walk & Resource Fair
October 10, 2026
Walk with us. Stand with survivors. Help us break the silence.
đź’ś We walk because every survivor deserves to know: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Own Your Truth. Take Back Your Power.

Priority Waste is off of probation. Have YOU seen an improvement of service?? Comment 👍 or 👎

(And yes, I’ll take the trash out of Lansing, too!)

Tonight I attended the Macomb Township Board of Trustees meeting so you didn’t have to.

They didn’t discuss Priority Waste (that’s next meeting!) but they did highlight and honor resident George Carpenter for his beautiful replicas of important, historical buildings in our district. And they also presented Life Saving Awards to 7 of our amazing firefighters!

🚨Chippewa Valley Schools & the $300M bond question

Tonight, the CVS school board voted to put the $300 million bond question on the ballot.

Our last school bond was in 2018, for $97M.

With absentee ballots going out in 45 days, does that give voters enough time to make an informed decision?

The school board says this will not raise property taxes; however, this will have us in debt for 9 additional years.

The Board promises, thru social media, their website and mailers, that they will be completely transparent about the bond’s initiatives and the expenses incurred.

What are your thoughts?

The Primary results are in and District 60 sent a clear message:

Residents are tired of the pay to play and special interests.

My opponent has received record amounts of gifts, trips and contributions from lobbyists and out of state special interest groups.

In his most recent campaign finance report, only 10% of what he raised is from individuals -- he's entirely funded by PACs! Not $1 is from an address in House District 60.

My neighbors want a moderate leader that cares about residents and keeping control local, not in the hands of special interests.

I heard you all loud and clear last night. You want change:

I am a small business owner.
Wife.
Mother.
Catholic.
Gun owner.

I am just like you. You don't ask your neighbors if they are R or D - you just ask them, "Hey, I saw your mom's home from the hospital; did you find out how much the home care was gonna be?" or "Did you see the price of gas at Meijers this morning" or "Why did that restaurant go out of business?"

When elected, I promise to put our District FIRST.

Now, back to door knocking! I hope to meet you on your porch before November!

Let’s go, Macomb! Time to show Lansing that we are taking our district back from special interest groups and lobbyists! A vote for me is a vote to put Macomb first.

Meet Camden. This 11 year old entrepreneur rang my doorbell at 9:30 am - as soon as the garbage truck pulled away - and asked if I’d like my garbage cans cleaned. I was so impressed! He’s also a hockey player for the Macomb Mavericks 🏒 As a hockey mom, I can proudly say that Camden exemplifies the qualities that all teams want: manners, determination and hard work! (Pic posted with his parents’ permission)
