It was a great day for Powderpuff football! The 8th grade defeated the 7th grade 24-0. The crowd was entertained at halftime by our 8th grade boys cheer team (see pics in separate post). Thanks to Mrs. George, Mrs. Paul and Mrs. O’Neill for sponsoring our football and cheer teams! Thanks to Mr. Gardner and Mr. Abraham for reffing the game. Thanks to Mr. Vitale and Mr. Benavides for setting up the field. A great time was had by all!

What an amazing day today at Woodhaven HS. Our track teams (42 people) competed in the MHSAA Region 3 MS/JH Track Meet. Our girls finished 11 out of 23 teams!!! Our boys are REGIONAL CHAMPIONS with amazing performance. They broke 3 school records: 1600, 400, 4x400 relay!!! What a day!!! Thanks to my amazing coaches, athletes, and parents for making this happen!!!!! 💚🤍🖤🐾🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The track teams traveled to Romeo today. The girls fell to the Bulldogs 90-47 to end their regular season with a record of 4-3. The boys track defeated Romeo 82-55 to finish 7-0 undefeated!!!! All the athletes battled this season and showed great improvement!!! The League Invitational meet is on Monday at Seneca!!! 💚🤍🖤🐾🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
