Daily Grace Adult Day Health Services provides disabled adults and seniors that are mentally and/or physically disabled with the ability to have an active life through social, medical, and physical support. We offer their caregivers peace of mind by creating a safe, comfortable and supportive environment where their loved ones can thrive.

Daily Grace Adult Health Services works with each family

and care receiver to determine the best level of care needed. Our Registered Nurse conduct a thorough assessment of the client and develop an individualized plan of care for services to be rendered with the family and physician's input. Our program provides safe group environments with coordinated health and social services aimed at stabilizing or improving self-care. We have a licensed Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist available to provide skilled therapy to address their mobility, function, and cognitive limitations to reach their highest level of function.

We serve residents of Bibb, Jones, Monroe, Twiggs, Baldwin, Houston, Peach, and Crawford counties.
