Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this Easter, a time to remember, to reflect, and to rejoice in all that you have done. Thank you for the Cross, for the sacrifice of Jesus, and for the victory of the resurrection. On this Easter, remind us of the fullness of your love and the power of your grace at work in our lives. Fill our hearts today with the power of your Resurrection, that we may live as people of faith, courage, and love.

May the joy of this morning dwell in our hearts today and always. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen!

Qualifying Period Began Friday, January 2, 2026 for Supervisor District 2 and Constable Southern District you may stop by the Circuit Clerk Office to pick up Qualifying Package.

Qualifying deadline will be Thursday, August 20, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m.

15 signatures are required as part of the qualifying process $100.00 fee.

Please obtain additional signatures in event those who have signed are not in the designated District or cannot be located in SEMS.

Please check this page periodically for update about these elections and other important events that are entrusted here in your Circuit Clerk Office.

If you received a jury summon please read all information an report on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.....

If you received a white letter that means you will report Monday morning for jury duty!!!!!!!!

Punishment for failure to appear or to complete jury service:
(1) a person summoned for jury service who fails to appear or to complete jury service as directed, and who has failed to obtain a postponement compliance with the provisions for requesting a postponement, or who fails to appear on the date set pursuant to Section 13-5-33, may be ordered by the court to appear and show cause for failure to comply with the summons. If the juror fails to show good cause for noncompliance with summons, the juror may be held in civil contempt of court and may be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than three (3) days, or both. The prospective juror may be excused from sanctions for good cause shown or in the interest of justice.
