All Omaha Tribal Housing Authority (OTHA) Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) applicants are required to submit 3 quotes for Phase 2 home improvements. Here is a current list of licensed and insured contractors that were provided to our office. A friendly reminder to our tenants: The temperatures are continuing to drop so please keep an eye on your propane level. When your tank is completely empty a leak test must be performed by the provider. The price has risen from $30 to $50. Thank you.

OTHA HAF Phase 1 is suspending processing of new applications. The office will continue accepting applications, keep them in the order they are received, but no payments can be made. Please continue to pay your bills. We will resume processing when the remainder of funding is released from the US Treasury. -OTHA HAF Administration
