Things were lively last night at the Madbury Public Library with the Southern New Hampshire Ukulele group. It was the first of the Music on the Lawn concert series on Tuesdays at 6:00pm in July. Remaining shows are:
July 15-New Horizons Band
July 22 - Sea Chanty Singers from UNH Sea Trek
July 29 - Now’s the Time Jazz Band

Thanks to all community members for supporting
the Friends of Madbury Library’s book sale on Saturday. It was a huge success. We couldn’t do it without all the book and puzzle donations and the many who came and bought books! The funds will be used for museum passes, children’s summer programs, and other items not covered by the regular budget. Thank you, Thank you!

The Friends of Madbury Library have been busy sorting books for the upcoming book sale on Madbury Day, June 7th from 9:00 to 2:00.
There is still time to drop off books for the sale at these times: Monday, June 2 from 5:00 to 6:30, Wednesday, June 4 from 5:00 to 6:30 and Thursday, June 5 from 1:00 to 4:00.

Join the Friends of Madbury Library on June 3 at the Madbury Library for a day of community fun!

Book sale from 9:00AM to 2:00PM

Lawn games for all ages from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Co****le, Bubbles, Giant Jenga and more. Have some fun and Cool off with a frozen treat!

There is also a yard sale across the street at the Madbury United Church of Christ from 9:00 AM to 2:00PM.

Book Sale on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are accepting donations of used books in good condition on Wednesday, May 31 from 10:00 to 6:00 or Thursday, June 1 from 10:00 to 6:00.

Busy day at the Madbury Library! the Friends of the Library hosted a very successful book sale. If you missed this one, there will be another in September on Madbury Day. Also happening was a plant walk with Amanda Stanley from Jupiter Labyrinth. We all learned a lot about native plants and how special each one is.

We will be sponsoring a plant walk on Saturday May 21st at 10am. Meet up at the library and we'll head into the woods together to explore local plant life. Rain or shine!
