🚧 Construction Notice for Area 5 Residents & Businesses 🚧

Beginning today, construction activities will be starting in Area 5, including Pelican Lane and 131st Avenue East, just north of John's Pass Village.

This project is expected to continue for several months. During this time, motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists should use extra caution when traveling through the area.

Please note:

✅ Roads will remain open, but lane closures will occur throughout construction.
✅ Access for residents, businesses, and customers will be maintained.
✅ Traffic control measures and signage will be in place to help guide travelers safely through the work zone.
✅ Residents and businesses directly affected by upcoming work will receive notifications from Keystone, with at least 7 days' advance notice prior to impacts.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as these important infrastructure improvements are completed. Please plan for possible delays and use caution when traveling through the area.
