As the countdown to the John's Pass Seafood Festival continues, viewers got a firsthand look at the journey from dock to dish. Brian Crabtree of Madeira Beach Marina expertly cleaned a fresh grouper, while Chef Israel Rodriguez and GM Evan Marsocci of Sun Pubs Hospitality Group prepared a delicious grouper ceviche live on air.

It's just a small taste of the incredible seafood, local flavor, and coastal tradition that make the John's Pass Seafood Festival a community favorite year after year.
