Benefits: It avoids lengthy and costly probate, gives homeowners control since they can change or revoke it anytime during their lifetime, and ensures a smooth transfer of property directly to loved ones.
$50 (Prepared for you, printed, and includes Notary fees.)
2. LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT:
A Last Will and Testament is a legal document that lets someone decide how their property, money, and belongings will be distributed after their passing.
Benefits: It ensures their wishes are honored, provides clear guidance for loved ones, and helps avoid family conflict or court delays.
$100 (Includes preparation & printing - this needs to be signed by two witnesses.)
3. POWER OF ATTORNEY:
A Power of Attorney (POA) is a legal document that lets someone you trust make decisions and handle important matters on your behalf if you can’t.

4. LIVING TRUST
A Living Trust is a legal arrangement where your assets (like your home, bank accounts, or property) are placed into a trust to be managed for your benefit during your lifetime and then transferred to your chosen beneficiaries after your passing.

5. PET TRUST
