Client: yes…um what company are you with?

Me: I am an independent contractor hired through ……

Client: yes well I don’t need you my loan is closing tomorrow click (hangs up)…

Me: 😳 calls back….. Hi (clients name) yes I am the one closing on your loan today so let’s try this again…
