Please join us in congratulating Officer Tim Hirst on his retirement from the Madison Heights Police Department after 25 years of dedicated service! 👮‍♂️💙
Throughout his career, Officer Hirst has made a lasting impact on our department and our community. He also had the privilege of serving as the School Resource Officer at Lamphere High School, where he built strong relationships with students, staff, and families while helping keep our schools safe.

For 25 years, Tim has proudly served the residents of Madison Heights with dedication, professionalism, and compassion. His commitment to our community will not be forgotten, and he leaves behind a legacy that will continue for years to come.

🚔 Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

Today marks the start of the statewide Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign, running August 14 through September 7. The Madison Heights Police Department is joining law enforcement agencies across Michigan to crack down on impaired driving and help keep our roads safe. If your plans include alcohol or drugs, make a plan for a sober ride home before you head out. Designate a sober driver, use a rideshare, call a friend, or stay where you are. Together, we can help everyone arrive safely.

📲 AlertMH will provide timely notifications regarding:
