We had a great day out enjoying a delicious lunch at Alfoccino’s in Auburn Hills, visiting the art gallery on the Oakland University campus and then seeing Meadow Brook Theatre’s enthusiastic show: Million Dollar Quartet.
Imagine December 4, 1956: an extraordinary twist of fate brings Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley together at Sun Records in Memphis for what would be one of the greatest jam sessions ever, with an irresistible tale of broken promises, secrets, betrayal and celebrations that are both poignant and funny. Relive the era with the smash-hit sensation featuring an incredible score including “Blue Suede Shoes,” “Fever,” “Walk the Line,” “Great Balls of Fire,” “Hound Dog,” and more.
The show was extraordinary and we all would highly recommend seeing it if you can!
