Policies don't change on their own. People make change happen.

Join Rising Voices on June 17 for our first-ever Advocacy Day at the Michigan State Capitol. Together, we'll meet directly with lawmakers and advocate for legislation that impacts our communities, including the Michigan Voting Rights Act, ICE Accountability bills, and Teach MI History legislation.

Whether this is your first time or 100th advocacy day, your voice matters. The stories, experiences and perspectives of everyday people are powerful tools for change, and we'll provide the resources and support you need to feel prepared.

We'll gather from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church in Lansing. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Register today and stand with us as we advocate for a more just and equitable Michigan: bit.ly/rvadvocadyday
