Door to Door sales in the Town is not allowed without a permit. We have not issued a permit in years so the people knocking on your door have not been vetted through the Town and are not allowed. IF you open your door, make them show you a Town of Burke permit and if none - let them know that you will be contacting the Sheriff if you see them continue bothering people! It’s ok to call us or the sheriff. There are a lot of bad people and bad companies out there trying to take your money! Stop them before they get to your neighbors!!
