Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at Gillett School District's celebration of our nation's 250th birthday. It was a wonderful event that brought together students, families, and community members to mark this truly historic milestone. Seeing the next generation engaged and proud of our country's history was a reminder of why these moments matter. Thank you to the Gillett School District for the invitation and for putting together such a memorable celebration for our entire community.

Thank you to Town of Richmond, Shawano County Supervisor Matt Hietpas for taking the time to show me around the Town and for the great conversation about Richmond’s history and future.

It was great to hear more about the community, the priorities of local residents, and opportunities where we can work together to support shared infrastructure and road improvement projects that benefit everyone in the region.

I appreciate Matt’s hospitality and look forward to continuing our partnership to deliver practical solutions for our communities.

I had a really great night out with Ashley last week at an event supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Shawano

It was awesome to see so many people show up and support something that really matters. The work they do for kids in our community makes a real difference. They provide a safe place to go, help with school, and give them a chance to grow and build confidence.

Nights like this remind me how much good is happening right here in our area when people come together. We’re really glad we went and got to be part of it.

Last week, I had the honor of presenting a citation to Amber Gauthier in recognition of her actions.

When two Pulaski High School students were injured in an accident, Amber stepped in right away. She called emergency services, helped care for them, contacted their families, and stayed until help arrived.

Having been in a major accident myself, I know how critical those first moments can be. The people who are first on the scene can truly make the difference between life and death. Thank you, Amber, for being there when it mattered most!
