A new analysis puts Wisconsin’s 2026 energy choice in dollars: $826 in average household savings under policies modeled on David Crowley’s plan, compared with $3,181 in added costs under policies modeled on Tom Tiffany’s plan through 2040.

Energy savings are on the ballot 🗳

ICYMI (In Case You Missed It):

Fond du Lac County District Attorney and Attorney General candidate Eric Toney has voiced support for an abortion ban with no exceptions for r**e or in**st. He has also opposed ballot drop boxes and, when appointed special prosecutor in the Wausau ballot drop box case, ultimately declined to prosecute.

Abortion access. Voting access. Wisconsinites deserve to know where candidates stand on our rights and freedoms.

🎥 Watch this video from A Better Wisconsin Together to learn more about Eric Toney’s record.

📺 WI-07 voters have an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates on October 7th

Michael Alfonso and Fred Clark will face off in a televised debate.

This is a chance to listen for where both candidates stand on some of the biggest issues facing Wisconsin: rising utility bills, massive new data center energy demand, clean energy, and whether Big Tech will pay for the infrastructure it needs.

These decisions will shape Wisconsin’s future for decades.

The message from voters is clear: people want safeguards around data centers, not a blank check for Big Tech.

That means our elected officials have a responsibility to act. Wisconsin needs stronger transparency, real protections for ratepayers, and rules that make corporations accountable for the enormous energy demands they create.

This November, vote for leaders who will listen to voters and put those protections into law.

Data centers are moving into Wisconsin faster than our state is putting protections in place.

That makes the November election especially important. The people we elect will help decide whether Wisconsin requires transparency, protects our water and energy resources, expands clean energy, and stops massive corporations from shifting their costs onto the rest of us.

Before you vote, find out where your candidates stand on data center accountability.

Wisconsin voters deserve to know what this amendment really does. It is being framed as fairness, but it would lock harmful restrictions into the state constitution and make it harder for state and local governments to address inequity in our communities.

This is the kind of ballot measure people can easily miss or misunderstand, which is exactly why we need to talk about it now. Share this with your people, make a voting plan, and help spread the word: vote NO on or before November 3. Learn more at myvote.wi.gov.
