West Virginia State Superintendent of Schools Michele Blatt pre-approved a Memorandum of Understanding between Mountain Care Network and the Boone County Board of Education to continue school-based psychotherapeutic service at all schools in addition to the SPARK program.

🎅🚲 WEST VIRGINIA FIRST RESPONDER AGENCIES — WE WANT TO PARTNER WITH YOU! 🚲🎅

Registration is now open for 2026 Operation Santa’s Handlebars!

Does your West Virginia law enforcement or first responder agency host a Shop With a Cop, Shop With a Deputy, Shop With a First Responder, or similar holiday program for children?

The Serve First Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, wants to help make your event even more special.

Through Operation Santa’s Handlebars, selected agencies will receive a FREE NEW BICYCLE for EVERY child participating in their holiday program — at no cost to the agency or participating families.

Participating agencies must be located in West Virginia and designate an agency point of contact to work directly with our team on participant numbers, bicycle sizing, delivery, and event logistics.

📅 AGENCY REGISTRATION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2026

Interested agencies should complete our 2026 Agency Partnership Request Form. The Serve First Foundation will review submissions and contact selected agencies to confirm participation and begin coordination.
