New updates are available for the Wisconsin Jury Instructions. 2026 updates have been published for all three sets of Wisconsin jury instructions. The Wisconsin Jury Instructions are created and edited by the Wisconsin Jury Instructions Committees of the Wisconsin Judicial Conference.
