Breach of responsibilities:
I find it totally not necessary and a total disregard the way that utility line cleaning subcontractors mutilate trees, live oak trees especially, trees are significant, aesthetically, psychologically environmentally economically, their benefits and abilities are endless, yet, live oaks and trees of value are butchered in the name of unity pruning, political disregard, yes political disregard, if municipal governing bodies cared, such pruning would be done with care, here’s how it works, someone in city government or someone designated to work dryyon cities behalf stays in communication with the utilities, knowing when what lines are to be pruning, do a drive - through with the subcontractors discussing what can and can’t and options as best how to prune doing least harm, this works, cities that don’t care live oak trees will continue to be mutilated,
